Gone down hill

When I first got the Revo Premier 20 for Christmas, it was really smooth. It has been smooth up until about 2 months ago. It feels awesome when just winding it without any line, but whenever there is tension when I'm retrieving lures or fighting a fish, it starts to grind and becomes tight, noisy and not smooth. I have no idea what's wrong with it as I've serviced and flushed it out many times with no improvement.
Paired with my veritas 1-3 kg and 6 lb NanoFil it has been an awesome outfit.

Last Sunday, there was no fish caught but the two I caught using the Premier 10. The two Fluke were 4 and 8 pounds. I used a Light weight TICA Rod, with the Premier 10, with 12 lb Nanofil, and 6' Gulp two hook rig.
No problem all summer with any of the equipment, to include 13 pools.

NW Salmon fishing

I use this reel for King's, Coho and Chum Salmon I search for monsters fish. It held up and whooped a decent size king 25-30lbs without issue smooth drag and casting and smooth reeling ( gears) caught plenty of Coho mostly 6-10 lbs Chum season it coming up then it will be put to a hard test. I love to low low profile as I fish with my finger on the line before the reel. it helps my hand from getting what I like to call the claw hand effect.
All around real happy with the reel.
I switched out all my Low Pro reels to the revo series from having all Shimano Curado E series.
Biggest seller for me was the ability to cast very light weights a long distance.

WORTH EVERY PENNY

Was a great reel while I had it. Ultimate castability, accurate and far. Super smooth and fast retrieve. The drag was even above par. I caught many freshwater fish, many more large cats then anything, and never had trouble landing them. The reel wasn't even afraid of saltwater the few times I took it. Dropped it in 20 feet of water last night. I'm pretty devastated.
