Zillion Baitcaster

The Zillion baitcaster is the smoothest reel I have ever used. I can make more accurate casts with les effort. After proper adjustments, backlasses are almost eliminated.
I now own several of these reels.

This was my first venture into reels in this price range. I'm very pleased with the smooth operation and drag. The sales staff said the gears make the difference and I'm a believer.

Great reel

I love these reels. I have 3 so far, with 2 different gear ratios, and will be replacing more as I can. They are light weight with a great drag system, casts like a dream and pulls like a winch. My only complaint is I don't have a few more for more for better line diversity, but I'll be changing that.

About as good as it gets!

10 years ago I bought 3 Diawa TDX reels, which was their top of the line at the time. They still cast as smoothly today as they did when they were new. When the Zillion went on sale, I couldn't resist seeing how it would compare. While it hasn't made me want to do away with my TDX's, there is no denying improvements have been made. It is smaller and lighter, making it easier to palm. The cranking action is the smoothest I've felt on any reel, including other brands at double the price. The drag is super smooth, and the casting adjustment features are fantastic. I let a friend cast with it who suffered a stroke a few years ago, and within 5 minutes he was casting like a pro. There is no learning curve for this reel, you can cast like a pro straight out of the box.
It's as precise as a fine swiss watch!
You will not be disappointed!
